Key Allegro Oyster Company offers shipping via FedEx 2-day in all 50 states. If your order is received by 3:00 pm Central time it can ship the day it was placed. Orders can be placed for deliveries weeks in advance. If you would like to receive a shipment on a specific date, our team will ensure the proper shipping date. Our shipments start on Monday and end on Thursday. Deliveries start on Wednesday and end on Saturday. Please read the following information carefully so you know when to expect your order.  

FedEx Shipping Schedule
If you place your order before the 3:00 pm cutoff time on:

• Monday - 2-Day shipping orders ship Monday for Wednesday delivery.
• Tuesday - 2-Day shipping orders ship Tuesday for Thursday delivery.
• Wednesday - 2-Day shipping orders ship Wednesday for Friday delivery.
• Thursday - 2-Day shipping orders ship Thursday for Saturday delivery.
• Friday - No shipments outbound on Friday
• Saturday - No shipments outbound on Saturday
• Sunday - No shipments outbound on Sunday

 *We do not ship via FedEx on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

EXPERIENCING A SHIPPING ISSUE?
Key Allegro Oyster Co. ships temperature-sensitive products via FedEx 2-Day and while FedEx is usually able to adhere to delivery windows sometimes things happen! A few things to note:

• Unfortunately (even as the shipper) we do not have access to any more information than that which is provided by the carrier.
• If your package is late, but the gel packs are still at least partially frozen your oysters are safe to consume.
