This insight drove us to build a state-of-the-art, 30-acre farm, nursery, and processing facility. After over a year of meticulous planning, Key Allegro Oyster Company has blossomed into the largest cultivated oyster operation along the Gulf Coast. To bring this vision to life, we recruited top talent from across the industry, ensuring our farm operates at the highest standards.
